Additionally, children are under such an intense amount of pressure at younger and younger ages and their caregivers are often becoming more stressed and do not know what to do. Adults are finding themselves with way too much to juggle and are out of coping strategies or are just not able to access them.

This stress management program is designed for 6 week sessions to help you find strategies and cope through anxiety. We will explore what is working and not working in your life currently and how to make goals to get to where you want to be and how you want to feel.
